either I see that or I see an error message that I do not have the base game installed lol Okay, I hope someone can decipher this babble. So where we stand now is that the codes state they have already been used. And we figured out that I had 2 Origin accounts and that I had purchased those 2 games on the newest Origin account, not the one linked to Sims 3 site. Luckily my daughter found online something about Sims 3 site and Origin linked together. So I am wondering if any of you have had this problem and have found a fix for it. I have contacted Origin/EA and all they told me was to uninstall/reinstall the base game and or make sure I was up to date with the latest patch, even gave me a link to do so! Hey at least they tried to help some? Little did I know that those would not work on Steam. Anyway, about 2 months ago, I noticed Origin had a great sale of up to 50% off. Recently I have purchased two EA cash cards for the Sims 4, redeemed them, and when purchasing the expansion packs (etc.) that i wanted, when the purchase completed i realized i used the email from the OLD account not the new one. My daughter sparked my interest to play, and they had a sale. So i imade a new origin account and bought Sims 4 again, I have been using this new account ever since. but this has been most frustrating! The base game, and 7 expansion packs are on Steam. I am not sure whether this has been posted before or not.
